How can one who is not in normal position try to bring others to a normal position?" - so much for preaching ideas. At the same time Mahaprabhu said "yare tako tare kaho krishna upadesh amar agya guru haya..." on my order become guru and spread Krishna consciousness. So I guess Guru Maharaj is speaking of qualifications to become a Guru.
